For clarity, here’s a brief overview of my appointment blocks. “Cash-pay” refers to paying the same-day of your service, whether it’s cash, check, or charge.
25 minute appointments ($75)
For cash-pay established patients who have an active treatment plan. This is for a single (1) treatment, not a combination, and I always do pulse diagnosis. You’ll can rest longer than the appointment, don’t worry. Visita de regreso para acupuntura o consulta a base de hierbas.
Services Available: Acupuncture, Cupping, Yoga Therapy, Herbal & Dietary consultation
50 minute appointment ($120)
For cash-pay new and established patients. New patients enjoy an intake and consultation w/ treatment if time permits. Established patients enjoy a combination of therapies or extensive Orthopedic needling and manual manipulation, including massage. More complex follow-up appointments with lab results, referrals, and medication and/or supplement changes also fit here. Cita de una hora con evaluación y tratamiento(s).
Services: Single or Combination Therapies: Acupuncture, Cupping, Massage, Yoga Therapy, Herbal & Dietary consultation
80 minute appointments ($160)
For cash-pay new patients and established patients. This is preferred for a new patient appointment, or an extended follow-up appointment with a combination of therapies including extensive Orthopedic treatments (as needed).

Questions
What if I cannot afford your new patient appointments (50-min or 80-min)?
If you have a need for a reduced cost for your initial appointment, please email me at clay@daultonwell.com and speak to me about your need. The sliding scale model allows me to be more flexible on accommodation should others willingly pay at rates that may be higher on the scale.
How does this affect my insurance?
In short, your insurance policy will affect how we structure your treatment plan and what appointment periods might be most appropriate.
Insurance policies for Acupuncture are quite clear and have very defined parameters for coverage. With pre-verification, your time-of-service co-pay will remain exactly the same or as stated on your policy.
For example, ASH (American Specialty Health) covers acupuncture with 10 needles maximum with or without electrical stimulation and two consult appointments. These appts are all accessible within 25 minutes, unless you choose recommended combination therapies, which will incur pre-stated, additional out-of-pocket costs.
Other insurance policies (Western Health Advantage, Providence, Etc.) will more often cover therapies in combination, such as acupuncture with massage.
