Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you believe you will not be able to make your appointment, please call or email us. There will be no penalty for late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) if you or someone in your family comes down with COVID-like or flu-like symptoms.
If you fail to show up for your appointment, or have a late cancellation, you will be charged ½ the cost of your appointment.
COVID Protocols
Masks are no longer required to be worn in healthcare environments in the State of California. You may wear a mask at your discretion, and we are always fine to accomodate your needs by wearing a mask at your request. Staff and I are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will continue to take extra precaution to slow the spread of COVID-19 through proper sanitation measures and use of medical-grade PPE.
