• Free: 15-minute phone consultation
• 25 minute appointment: $65 –120 for Established Patients 
• 50 minute appointment: $120-180 for New and Established Patients
• 80 minute appointment: $160-300 for New and Established Patients

Insurance clients:

• 25 minute New Patient Appointment: Co-Pay applies

I am among the few Acupuncturists accepting major insurer benefits. Please use your insurance benefits where applicable and consult me if you need a modified rate of service. I accept cash, check, Apple/ Google Pay, HSA and all major credit cards.

If you would like a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before beginning treatment, one will be provided upon request. Please note that cost of herbal prescriptions may vary but are generally $18- $35.00 per 10 days depending on the intensity and frequency of the condition(s) being treated.

What if I cannot afford your new patient appointments (50-min or 80-min)?

If you have a need for a reduced cost for your initial appointment, please email me at clay@daultonwell.com and speak to me about your need. The sliding scale model allows me to be more flexible on accommodation should others willingly pay at rates that may be higher on the scale.

How does this affect my insurance?

In short, your insurance policy will affect how we structure your treatment plan and what appointment periods might be most appropriate.Insurance policies for Acupuncture are quite clear and have very defined parameters for coverage.  This new schedule & pricing policy will not affect your co-pay.

For example, ASH covers acupuncture with 10 needles maximum with or without electrical stimulation and two consult appointments. These appts are all accessible within 25 minutes, unless you choose recommended combination therapies, which will incur pre-stated, additional out-of-pocket costs.

Other insurance policies (Western Health Advantage, Providence, Etc.) will more often cover therapies in combination, such as acupuncture with massage.
